This policy is valid for 15 business days after confirmed delivery of your order. If 15 business days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The original packaging is a valid proof of purchase.
In order to avoid a denied refund request, please ship returns only to the return address provided in this document.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Afterwards, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 7 business days.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original electronic payment method. We do not issue cash or check refunds.
If your shipment is delayed, we do not issue full refunds for items that are already en route to your shipping address.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at hello@LaNoree.com
To return your product, please mail to:
830 Glenwood Ave SE
Atlanta, GA 30316
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and misplaced mail that does not show a delivery in its tracking history must be disputed with your courier.
